DZMM is committed to ensuring that the Services are used responsibly and only by individuals who meet the applicable legal age requirements. We are also committed to ensuring that AI-generated content on our platform does not depict, resemble, or exploit minors in any way.
For purposes of this policy, "Services" refers to dzmm.io and all associated websites, platforms, applications, and content.
1. Age Requirements
The Services are intended exclusively for adults who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in the jurisdiction where they reside, whichever is higher. Minors are prohibited from accessing or using the Services.
2. Access Controls
We implement the following measures to prevent underage access:
- An age verification gate is presented upon first access, requiring users to confirm they meet the minimum age requirement;
- The Services are labeled "Restricted to Adults" in accordance with industry standards, enabling parental filter controls;
- All users, including free-tier users, must pass the age gate before accessing any content;
- We may implement additional age verification measures as required by local law.
Providing false information about your age constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service.
3. AI Content Standards
It is strictly prohibited to attempt to generate AI content depicting, resembling, or involving minors in any context. Our content moderation systems are designed to detect and prevent such attempts. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
4. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content generated through your interactions with AI Characters. You must ensure that all interactions comply with applicable laws, our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Blocked Content Policy.
5. CSAM Reporting
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any detected CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate local authorities.
6. Parental Concerns
If you believe your child has improperly accessed the Services, please contact us immediately so that we can block further access and delete any associated data.
