Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") set out the rules of conduct for all users of dzmm.io and associated Services. These Guidelines are part of our Policies and should be read together with the Terms of Service, Blocked Content Policy, and Content Removal Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Service.
Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Services, in accordance with our Underage Policy.
Respectful Use
By using the Services, you agree to engage responsibly. We do not tolerate abusive, illegal, or harmful use of the platform, including any use that violates our Blocked Content Policy.
Content Responsibility
You are fully responsible for all input you provide and all output you receive. Your Content must comply with applicable law, these Guidelines, and all of our Policies.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Services to:
- Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation;
- Harm or attempt to harm any individual, including minors;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network;
- Circumvent security or authentication measures;
- Access areas of the Services without authorization;
- Disrupt or interfere with the Services or other users' access;
- Create accounts using unauthorized methods;
- Send unsolicited communications or spam;
- Provide false or misleading account information;
- Generate or distribute content that resembles real individuals without their consent;
- Generate or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery;
- Generate or distribute any content involving child exploitation, child sexualization, or underage individuals;
- Generate, share, or promote content advocating extreme violence, terrorism, or terrorist propaganda;
- Attempt to circumvent moderation controls or "jailbreak" the Services;
- Encourage hatred or violence based on race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics;
- Infringe any intellectual property rights;
- Infringe on the privacy or rights of others;
- Mirror, frame, or embed content from the Services without written consent;
- Threaten, harass, or intimidate any person;
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be required to label AI-generated content as such. Compliance with such requirements is your sole responsibility.
Moderation
We employ automated trust and safety controls. Conversations, requests, or outputs flagged as potentially violating our Policies may be reviewed and actioned, up to and including account termination. We may also monitor communications for quality assurance and service improvement purposes.
Enforcement
If we determine that you have breached or are likely to breach these Guidelines, we may:
- Suspend, restrict, or terminate your access;
- Remove Content;
- Terminate your account;
- Report violations to relevant authorities where required or authorized by law.
Reporting
If you feel unsafe, encounter misuse of the Services, or believe an AI Character has produced inappropriate content, report it to: [email protected]
