Content Removal Policy

DZMM is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful experience for all users. This Content Removal Policy explains how you can ask us to remove content on dzmm.io and associated Services that depicts you, or a person you are authorized to act for, without consent.

Content on the Services comes from two sources:

• AI-generated content, created with our generation features. It is produced by artificial intelligence, but it may resemble a real person, whether by chance or because a user attempted to depict one.
• User-uploaded content, such as images and videos that users post in the community forum. This material may show real people.

1. What You Can Ask Us to Remove

You may request the removal of any content on the Services that:

• depicts you, or a person you are authorized to act for, in an intimate or sexually explicit way without consent, whether it is a real photograph or video or was created or altered with AI; or
• otherwise depicts or resembles you, or that person, in a way you did not consent to.

2. Submitting a Request

Send your request to [email protected] and include:

• a link to the content, or other information that lets us locate it;
• a brief statement that the content depicts you, or the person you are authorized to act for, and was published without consent;
• your contact information; and
• your name, as your physical or electronic signature.

You can also use the report function on any forum post to flag it for review.

3. How We Respond

• Intimate or sexually explicit depictions published without consent: we remove the content as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after we receive a request containing the information in Section 2. We also make reasonable efforts to find and remove identical copies on the Services.
• Other requests: we review the request and take appropriate action within a reasonable timeframe.

We may ask for additional information where it is needed to locate the content or to confirm the request. For a request about an intimate depiction that already contains the information in Section 2, asking for more information does not extend the 48-hour period.

4. Account Action

Uploading or generating intimate or sexually explicit content depicting a real person without their consent violates our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Accounts that do so may be suspended or terminated.

5. Privacy

All content removal requests are treated as confidential. We do not disclose personal information or request details to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.
