Referral Program Terms

These Referral Program Terms ("Referral Terms") govern your participation in the DZMM referral program. By using or sharing a referral link, you agree to these Referral Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and other Policies.

1. Program Overview

DZMM may offer a referral program that allows existing users ("Referrers") to invite new users ("Invitees") to the Services through personalized referral links. Both Referrers and Invitees may receive rewards (such as credits or other benefits) when an Invitee successfully registers and meets qualifying conditions.

2. Eligibility

• You must have a valid, active DZMM account in good standing to participate as a Referrer.
• Invitees must be new users who have not previously registered on the Services.
• Referrers may not refer themselves using alternate accounts. Self-referral through multiple accounts is prohibited.

3. Referral Rewards

• Specific reward amounts, types, and qualifying conditions are described within the Services and may change at any time at our discretion.
• Rewards are credited after the Invitee meets the applicable qualifying conditions (e.g., completing registration, making a first purchase).
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• We reserve the right to cap the number of referral rewards a user may earn within any given period.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Share referral links through spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive means;
• Post referral links in a manner that misrepresents the Services or makes false claims;
• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to generate referrals;
• Create fake or duplicate accounts to exploit the referral program;
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate the referral system in any way.

5. Fraud and Abuse

We monitor the referral program for abuse. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that referral activity is fraudulent, manipulative, or otherwise violates these Referral Terms or our Policies, we may:

• Revoke any referral rewards (whether pending or already credited);
• Suspend or terminate the accounts of users involved;
• Withhold future referral rewards.

6. Modifications and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice. Changes to reward amounts or qualifying conditions apply to future referrals only; rewards already earned under prior terms will be honored.

7. No Employment or Partnership

Participation in the referral program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and DZMM.
