DMCA Policy

DZMM respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws. This policy describes how we handle copyright infringement notices and provides guidance on submitting such notices.
For purposes of this policy, "Services" refers to dzmm.io and all associated websites, platforms, applications, and content.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe in good faith that content on the Services infringes your copyright, you (or your authorized agent) may submit a notice requesting removal of or access restriction to the content. Your notice must include:
a) An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
b) A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, with sufficient information for us to locate it;
c) Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address);
d) A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
e) A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
2. Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid infringement notice, we will:
a) Review the notice to confirm it meets DMCA requirements;
b) Take appropriate preliminary action within 1-3 business days, which may include restricting access to the content;
c) Notify the alleged infringer and request an explanation or counter-evidence.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed or restricted in error, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] containing:
a) Your electronic or physical signature;
b) Identification of the content that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal;
c) A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification;
d) Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR and will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original infringement notice.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original claimant and restore access to the content within 10-14 business days, unless the claimant notifies us of legal proceedings seeking a court order.
4. Repeat Infringers
We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
